　ハウスは金沢の中心部から２４ｋｍ、車で４０分の里山の田園地域にあります。福井の恐竜博物館までは白山越えで１時間、岐阜の白川郷までも１時間半で行けます。駐車は上手に停めれば４台可能です。近くに手取川や白山麓を走るサイクリング道路、散策できる広くて静かな公園、車で１分のところに２軒の日帰り温泉があります。コンビニ、ドラッグストアまでは車で７分、食品スーパーまでは３分です。基本的な調味料と米はハウスに準備してあります。　昼間は（夜間は不可) 庭でB B Qができます。別料金ですが、炭と道具一式を準備します。（４名まで１０００円、５～８名は２０００円）予約は前日までに、当日キャンセル可で代金はチェックアウト時に現金払でお願いしています。B B Qや自転車（無料４台　保険各自）の貸し出しはチェックイン前の１３時から可能です。夏は畑で野菜を収穫して食べることもできます。無料です。　ハウス内は禁煙、卓上カセットコンロやホットプレートを使った焼き肉は禁止です。花火は打ち上げ花火禁止で夜９時頃までに終えて下さい。　食事処、観光案内については「ホストによるガイドブック」に少し詳しく書いてあります。
