This special vacation home with lots of wood, glass and attention to detail was once my father's studio. Inspired by Japanese architecture, a light-flooded tower was created, which today serves as a creative place and cozy cottage in the countryside.

In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the beautiful forests and the unique view from the balcony or from all windows, very bright, new construction. In the whole apartment, there is underfloor heating and a fireplace. Sofa bed for children or one more person. On the outskirts of a small village. Nature-friendly property (4500 sqm) with the possibility to grill and be outside in different places and use them. Next door is the Schwäbischer Wald vacation home.

Feel comfortable in this beautiful and cozy duplex apartment on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Welzheim, about 45 km from Stuttgart. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, as well as shopping, good and cozy restaurants and a cozy beer garden, all within walking distance. The apartment is bright, quiet and close to nature and also ideally suited for longer stays. The apartment is ideal for a family with 1-2 children, for a married couple or 3 adults.

Apartment is located near the outskirts of the village in a quiet neighborhood in Kaisersbach. Summer, the apartment offers a cool retreat, but in winter a chubby warm place in front of the Swedish stove that can be fired with wood. The equipment is new and very modern and furnished with a lot of heart. The balcony faces east and invites you to have breakfast together. The afternoons can be enjoyed in full sunshine in the walk-in garden behind the house from the balcony.

Beautiful - air-conditioned on request - apartment in the attic with open roof beams. The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 m²) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Please note: there are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must sleep together in the double bed. The sofa is unsuitable for sleeping.

The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. You are just a few steps from the historic city center and the best restaurants, cafes and shops. The Remstal cycle path is right outside the front door.
