Sie erwartet eine einzigartige Ferienwohnung in absoluter Alleinlage im Bayerischen Wald. Besonders viel Freude werden Sie als Hundebesitzer bei uns haben. Auf unserer fast 1500qm großen eingezäunten Hundewiese kann sich Ihr Fellfreund austoben. Auf dem großen Holzbalkon haben Sie freien Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und auf die Hundewiese. Im Wohnbereich ist ein Kamin, eine Küche und in der großen Badewanne können Sie abends entspannen. Von Mitte/Ende November bis April nur mit Allrad erreichbar!

Desweiteren glänzt sie mit einem schönen Eingangsbereich, einem großen Badezimmer mit freibegehbarer Regendusche, einem großen Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche. Die Autobahn A3 ist 3 min. Fahrt entfernt. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Essenslokale, Hallen- und Wellenfreibad, etc. liegen in ca. 1km Entfernung.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

The sleeping area features a spacious bed with a dark headboard and colorful bedding. A light-colored wooden floor complements white furniture, which includes a shelf and a display cabinet. Natural light filters through the angled ceiling, creating a bright atmosphere.
