Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature on the outskirts of Salzburg. 75 sqm loft apartment built in 2023 on the organic farm "Edtgut" farm! Cozy and modern, newly built! A private sunny roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and a dining table for 4 people! Bathroom with shower, freestanding bathtub, large kitchen island fully equipped, 2.40 m king size bed and a pull-out 1.80 m sofa bed are located in the open living room! The toilet and storage room are separate rooms!

Experience the famous city of salzburg and stay in a beautiful country house close to the city. The house is situated in the village of Plainfeld approximately 15 minutes from Salzburg. There is 1 Doublebed and 1 couches available for a total of 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. The parking lot is 1 minutes away but you can stop in front of the house to unload your car. I also live in the house but in a separate apartment. I can also give you recommendations on the sights.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Relaxing vacation home at the foot of the Nockstein - The almost 80-year-old, renovated house is ideal for families, with a large garden for shared experiences. Thanks to its convenient location, you can reach hiking and lake areas as well as the city of Salzburg quickly and easily – by bus you can reach Mirabellplatz in just 15 minutes, or by car the Hofer natural beach on Lake Fuschl.
