Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Apartment on the Woifnhof for animal lovers

You will feel comfortable in this newly renovated accommodation with a direct view of the horses. The private apartment on the ground floor sleeps 4 people in two rooms. One room is equipped with a double box spring board 180x200 and the other room with two beds 120x200. Ideal starting point for cycling tours and excursions. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.
