Asume mõne kilomeetri kaugusel Pärnu linnapiirist – kesklinna ja randa jõuab kõigest 15-minutilise autosõiduga. Raeküla tervise- ja suusarajad asuvad linnulennult 2 km kaugusel, pakkudes suurepäraseid sportimisvõimalusi igal aastaajal. Mõnesaja meetri kaugusel ootavad seiklushimulisi külalisi männimetsas asuvad krossi- ja ATV rajad ning discgolfi rada. Majas on tsentraalne veevärk ja kanalisatsioon, saun. Kabli on puhta loodusega paik Eestis. Siin on RMK hooldatud matkarajad, linnuvaatlustorn, seene ja marjametsad ja muidugi meri. Eesti lääneranniku merevesi on sageli soe veel ka septembris. Kabli pood-kohvik on kaugemalgi tuntud eriti maitsvate pirukatega.
