Το σπίτι είναι ένα τυπικό ζακυνθινό αγροτόσπιτο που χτίστηκε πριν από 80-100 περίπου χρόνια. Στο πέρασμα του χρόνου έχει υποστεί πολλές ανακαινίσεις προκειμένου να είναι όσο πιο άνετο γίνεται αλλά χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί η προσωπικότητά του. Βρίσκεται στη μέση ενός ελαιώνα ηλικίας άνω των 600 ετών. Χαρακτηριστικά του είναι η ησυχία, η ηρεμία, η απομόνωση, η γαλήνη. Το οίκημα είναι απομονωμένο, δεν υπάρχουν άλλα σπίτια γύρω ενώ το χωριό βρίσκεται περίπου 250 μέτρα πιο κάτω (τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια).

Το σπίτι της γιαγιάς και του παππού ήταν πάντα ανοιχτό για όλη την οικογένεια , για τους φίλους αλλά και την γειτονία. Τώρα είναι διαθέσιμο σε όσους θέλουν να κάνουν διακοπές στο ήσυχο και παραδοσιακό χωριό της Έξω Χώρας. Τα χειροποίητα πλεκτά σεμεδάκια κοσμούν τα έπιπλα και το αρχοντικό μας τζάκι. Τα μεγάλα παράθυρα έχουν πανοραμική θέα του χωριού και των πλακόστρωτων καντουνιών. Απολαύστε τον ελληνικό σας καφέ στην βεράντα και τον άνετο κήπο και αφεθείτε στις αναμνήσεις μιας άλλης εποχής.
