Even though it takes about 10~15 minutes Gyeongju Express Bus terminal by walk, GODO offers complementary pick-up service. 엘 한옥스테이는 2022년에 5월에 1975년 고택을 매입하여 1년 동안의 리모델링 공사기간을 거쳐 2023년 4월에 오픈한 한옥 독채 게스트하우스로 신축하였습니다. 한옥의 멋을 더하면서 현대적인 편리함을 더 할려고 노력하였으며, 유럽풍을 가미하며서 다채로움을 주려고 하였습니다. 황리단길 중심부에 위치해 있으며, 대릉원(천마총), 첨성대, 동궁과 월지등 경주 관광명소를 도로에 다닐 수 있는 위치와 바로 옆에 황리단길 음식점 (청온채 옆)과 카페(올리브)등 주변에 있습니다. 한옥내 자쿠지 사용은 유료로 이용가능합니다. 유료이용시 한국돈으로 30,000원입니다.

황리단길, 첨성대, 대릉원, 교촌 마을 등 주요 관광지가 도보로 약 5분거리의 한옥마을에 위치하고 있으며 출입문이 따로 있는 넓은 단독 별채를 이용하실 수 있습니다. 바로 옆의 본채에는 "샘 (spring)"의 호스트가 거주하고 있어서 필요한 것을 바로 도움 받으실 수 있습니다. 주차 : 숙소가 골목이지만 집 주위 골목에 무료 주차 공간 많으며, 숙소 옆 경주 남부교회 주차장도 활용할 수 있습니다. 또 숙소와 조금 떨어져 있지만 첨성대와 쪽샘유적발굴지 사이 넓은 공터(다음 지도 참고, 나중에 유적지 개발 지역으로 현재는 주차 가능)도 무료 주차입니다.
