Mysigt gästhus med soldäck nära till havet

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

The two-story white house is surrounded by lush greenery and colorful gardens. Sunlight filters through the trees, casting a warm glow on the exterior. Steps lead up to a spacious deck area, enhancing the inviting outdoor space.

Welcome to our house in Insjön - a quiet, green and safe place to live, close to both nature and city! It is only 20 minutes to Stockholm city by bus and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a quiet and clean beach closeby and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. The house perfect for families with children or larger groups. There are plenty of toys, a crib, kids’ chairs and a playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden.

An amazing terrace overlooking the sea and perfect for sunsets. High celing, light open space livingroom. Passar bra för tillställningar, företagsevent eller kompishäng:-) Alla som ska vara i huset ska vara med i bokningen, det är ingen prisskillnad om man övernattar eller inte.
