The apartment is very conveniently located in the center of town. The connections are excellent. Bus stop 20 meters away in both directions towards San Sebastián and Irun. “Topo” line (similar to the metro) 100 meters away, towards San Sebastián and Endaia (France). Renfe station for any rail connection. Errenteria is a town with a lot of social and cultural life. The tourist office is 50 meters away. We don't have a beach, you have to take a bus and travel 6 km for 20 minutes and that's it.

Located specifically in the Gipuzkoan town of the Ergoyen neighborhood, not far from San Sebastián (15Km), at the foot of the Aiako Harria Natural Park and on the banks of the Oiartzun River. The location allows you to visit the surrounding coastal villages, hike, and run along the 20Km Arditurri route that passes by the house.

The house has a large terrace with beautiful views of the valley and a large garden with leafy trees where you can hear the singing of the birds. The house is very close to the main tourism and leisure centers of the Basque Country.
