Dejligt sommerhus tæt på god strand med badebro. Ingen biler omkring sommerhuse (aflæsning dog tilladt). Gratis P-plads 50 meter væk. 2 ladestander 100 m fra p-plads. Direkte ladning 8-22 og ladning natten over! Surfe, padle, cykle og gå/løbeture i dejlig natur. Medbring cykler. Nysted by/havn med havbad i gå afstand med gode handelsmuligheder samt restaurant/ pizza. Netto og Brugsen . 1/2 times kørsel til Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig.

Idyllisk hytte ved vandet

Vores hyggelige træ-hytte er den perfekte getaway! Hovedhuset har stue, spiseplads og køkken samlet i ét, med sovesofa til to. Sovehuset har en dobbeltseng med egen indgang, og badehuset tilbyder en brusekabine til ro og afslapning. Fra køkkenet går man ud på en stor træterrasse – perfekt til morgenkaffe og middage. 4 min. gang til stranden/vandet og fælles swimmingpool om sommeren. Chromecast, bøger og basisting som shampoo, balsam og kaffemaskine. Medbring selv sengetøj og håndklæder.

Hyggeligt nyrenoveret sommerhus med soveanneks

Slap af i dette lille hyggelige nyrenoverede sommerhus med stort seperat sove-anneks i rolige omgivelser ved Gedesby strand. Huset indeholder bad og køkken-alrum med wifi og skærm til streaming af tv. Sove-annekset indeholder dobbeltseng, 2 enkeltsenge og 1 sovesofa. I den indhegnede private have er der trampolin, gynge, sandkasse samt udkigstårn for større børn. Huset ligger ligger i gåafstand til fantastisk badestrand, skov og grillbar. 5 km til indkøb i Gedser og 10 km til Marienlyst.

Summerhouse in nordic design with many activities

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. This cozy cottage is located quietly and scenically in Denmark's southernmost cottage area. The cottage is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump and on a cool evening you can light up the stove. The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, a convection oven with four ceramic hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine + Nespresso machine, a toaster and a dishwasher. The TV in the living room is a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access. (Please use your own access)

Nørrevang hus - træterrasse mod sydvest

Min bolig lægger tæt på stranden og med en central og rolig placering i Marielyst by og alligevel kun ca. 500m fra den fantastiske strand. Rema 100m Hyggelig lille have og solrig terasse mod sydvest med eftermiddags - og aftensol. Et af de bedst beliggende huse på Nørrevang. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly refurbished cabin is located 5 minutes walk from the family friendly sandy beach of Marielyst. The cabin is bright and airy with its open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with access to a decked area where you can enjoy the evening sun. It's a short bicycle ride to local shops, a butcher and a variety of restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.
