This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Beyond a luxurious and tranquil environment, the property provides plenty of outdoor activities, including: fishing, swimming, hiking, biking and kayaking.

The lake is considered fisherman's paradise. It's a great place for cycling, kayaking and windsurfing (Kretowiny). The area is full of touristic attractions incl. Malbork, and waterway Ostroda-Elblag. The closest food store, restaurant and beach with lifeguard is in Bogaczewo (3km) and the nearest town of Morag is 8km away.

Our cottage, located in Lelkowo, is an ideal base for discovering the charms of Natangia, the historical name of this part of Warmia. We offer a wooden cottage, a wood-fired sauna, a garden hot tub with hydromassage and an apitherapy house. Lelkowo is located near the Green Velo bicycle trail, which attracts lovers of active cycling recreation. While traversing these routes, you can admire the picturesque landscapes, learn about the local flora and fauna, and discover traces of history.

Gulbity Camp - a cottage by the lake in Masuria

Gulbity Camp is a newly created, unique complex of four year-round cottages and three summer tents surrounded by Masurian nature, right on Lake Narie. The classic cottage is finished to a high standard and is prepared for a maximum of 6 people, but to feel comfortable and spacious we recommend it for groups of 4 people. We also provide a barbecue and banquet area, a private jetty, boats, kayaks and bicycles at the price of accommodation.
