Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

Casa Cerezo. Mulhacen and Veleta views.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails 5 min walk from the accommodation.

It is located in the Paseo de los Tristes, that is, in the lower part of the Albaizin.

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. Pets are allowed, but there is a €30 fee per pet not included in the reservation. It is a 15 minute drive to Granada and a 30 minute drive to Sierra Nevada Ski Resort. It has 2 bedrooms and a large living room with kitchen open to it. It also has a large terrace to have lunches and dinners.
