Bright & quiet with marvellous 3-summit-view!

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Perfect for the most beautiful time of the year

Dear guests Our apartment is sunny, quiet and about a 5-minute walk from the train station in a 30 km/h zone. It has a private parking lot, a terrace with garden and beautiful mountain views. It may be low season for at least 3 nights and in the main season (Easter; from Pentecost until 15 September and Christmas until 07. January ) for at least 6 nights.
