The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where neutral colors and original artwork are combined with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space. The living room has a set of double-pane windows overlooking the Alhambra. Furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and TV. There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and a TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essential high-quality utensils and major appliances. Highlights: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two beds. Each of the double rooms has a king size bed (180 x 200 cm - US queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in closets and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool tub, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing, and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment via the elevator. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, is the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year long (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a nice swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
