In the very center of Granada, in one of the most iconic buildings listed as historic, this penthouse with unbeatable views has a spacious and elegant space where you can relax after a busy day. Thanks to the central location of this home, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. Heat/cold radiant flooring. Penthouse REALEJO located on the fourth floor. It boasts an amazing view of Granada and El Realejo. All windows and with the wooden ceiling abuhardillado, the light pours in, creating a unique space in which the feeling of peace is infinite. Very comfortable, it has a large living space with a dining area for six people. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron and clothesline. A large glass-enclosed terrace with views of Granada and space to sit peacefully offers the guest a very pleasant lounge area separate from the living room. In this apartment we found two bedrooms. The main one features two large windows, one of which has wonderful views of the Realejo. One of the two bathrooms in the apartment is en suite in this bedroom, which also has a window with wonderful views. The king size bed is 180 x 200 meters with a premium mattress. The second bedroom is made up of two 90 x 200-meter beds. This space is an attic, with a nice window that will let beautiful light into the room. The second bathroom also abuhardillado, has a closet where we will find the washing machine, clothesline, ironing board, etc. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed of 140 x 200 meters, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests. We offer the option to leave the sofa already mounted as a bed, although if our guest prefers to do it, it will not involve any effort for the ease of the sofa to get to bed. The air conditioning of this apartment is by aerothermal, including the terrace. Wi-Fi, access restricted by security code, and TV smar tv. 3 minutes from the apartment we have a covered parking lot. Trex parking, located in Plaza de los Campos. 8 minutes walk we have a surface parking. Ave María parking on Calle Molinos. One of the most characteristic places in Realejo is Campo del Príncipe, located 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the apartments. It was built by the Catholic Kings to celebrate their son Juan's wedding. The main focus is located on the statue of the Christ of the Favors, installed in 1640. It tells the story that between the years 1679 and 1682, the entire province of Granada was whipped by the Bubonic plague. However El Realejo was the least affected neighborhood and people thought it was due to the fact that they were praying before this statue. A devotion grew so great that even Archbishop Fray Bernardo de los Ríos Guzmán stated that, to anyone who prayed to the Christ of the Favors a Prayer and an Ave Maria, I would give him 40 days of forgiveness. Today, every Friday Good multitude of people congregate around for 3pm in point to pray and ask for three wishes. At 160 meters (2 minutes walk) we find the Church of Santo Domingo, where the members of the Grenadian nobility were buried. You can't miss the Casa de los Tiros Museum either, 80 meters from the apartments (1 minute walk). It was built between 1530 and 1540 in the style of the Granada palaces of the time, and it gets its name from the cannons that appear between its battlements. It was part of the wall of the Alfareros neighborhood, hence its military fortress aspect. Iglesia de San Cecilio is 500 meters away (a 7-minute walk). Father Suarez's house (next to the Casa de los Tiros Museum). The Convento de las Descalzas is 250 meters away (a 3-minute walk), and the Church of San Matías is 240 meters away (a 3-minute walk). These are places where our guests will undoubtedly be able to enjoy their charms. Once inside, in the hallway, we see that it has been kept completely original: the entrance door, tiles, marble stairs... The only modification/improvement was the installation of an elevator. Our intention from the beginning was to continue, through the furniture and decor, with the idea of providing that personal touch. The one who only confers things when they are unique and self-crafted. We wanted it to be endearing, to transmit to our guests the illusion deposited in this project that was born out of nothing. So, we got down to business. We manufacture furniture, make textiles, decoration... In this images you can appreciate how in a few months everything was taking shape until reaching the apartments that are today.

This is an original 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom en-suite home. A unique home for interior design and decoration; the building is monumental from the 16th century and newly renovated, and enjoys an indoor Jacuzzi in its apartment and another exterior that is rented for days optionally; it has a water heater in the penthouse that allows you to take a bath looking at the Córdoba skyline. Monumental, central, very original and quiet, ideal to rest after a day of sightseeing by the beautiful Cordoba. It has 2 large bedrooms, the main one with a hot tub and both with special king size beds and 2 private en-suite bathrooms each. The accommodation has a living room with an electric fireplace, a kitchenette with top-quality utensils, a private washer/dryer, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee maker, a Nespresso milk frother, etc. Central Andalusian courtyard, terrace of about 20 square meters overlooking the Córdoba skyline and outdoor Jacuzzi with water treatment system and heat pump. It is rented by the day for the exclusive use of your apartment and for the people staying with you, that is, you will not share it with the other guests. The price per day is €60.00 that will be paid by credit card upon arrival at the accommodation to our team staff. This apartment has a maid service during the guests' stay included in the price. Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartment facilities, as well as if they inform us of any unauthorized event we will proceed to collect the corresponding bond and alert the authorities of it.
