We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Triple Chalet

The chalet, built in 2018, is located on a sunny slope in the top row in Almdorf with the best panoramic view, 1,300 meters above sea level and just a "stone's throw" from the ski lift (about 300 m) and the visible ski slope. The massive wooden construction and first-class location of the chalet offer a cozy, relaxing, in short, a healthy atmosphere. - Design follows function - Modern meets tradition - The property leaves nothing to be desired to enjoy the most beautiful time of the year.

Hinterbreiteneben is set in a dreamlike location – nestled in a 10-hectare organic wildflower meadow with rare plants and views of mountains, valleys and forests. Once a farmhouse and sometimes an aristocratic retreat, it now combines historic charm with modern comfort – from fiber internet to a panoramic sauna. Complemented by a chapel and inviting spots to linger. In summer Lake Lunz beckons, in winter ski resorts await, while cycling paths invite you from spring to autumn.

With fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and quietly located, Konradgut 11 is an ideal starting point for extended hikes into the surrounding forests. Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.
