In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

Beautiful - air-conditioned - apartment in the attic with open roof truss on request. The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 sqm) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Note: There is no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must stay together in the double bed. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping.

A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. Small and fine 1 room apartment with 36 square meters, built in 2022 in a suburb of Gaildorf on the Kocher/Jagst cycle path. Quiet location to relax for one or more days. From Alexa and Wi-Fi to TV, stove, refrigerator and walk-in shower, everything is available. The question about the reason for the trip is a requirement of Airbnb, but not important to me, just enter ok for example!
