Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Cozy and lovingly furnished "Landhaus Bergheimat" to feel good, 15 km from Oberstdorf in sunny Burgberg. On two floors - ground floor and upper floor - totaling 220 m², you have space for up to 14 people with a balcony - facing south, west and east, as well as three terraces facing south, east and north and a barbecue area. !!For occupancy of 14/15-16 people, the apartment Amethyst in the semi-basement must also be booked - daily price €55 and one-time additional costs €60.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

From this accommodation you can reach all the important places in no time. Within 3 minutes' walk you can reach the supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a restaurant with beer garden. In the city of Kempten you can reach it in 5 minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight. The apartment (90 sqm) is on the 1st floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace overlooks a fauna-flora habitat. Within a few kilometers you will find hiking trails, lakes and ski resorts.

In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. Shopping is also within walking distance in 10 minutes. There is a special offer for families. While the parents are out and about, the children can get creative in the studio.

DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 100 sqm ground floor apartment in our vacation home in Sonthofen/Binswangen in the Allgäu. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, and the high-quality furnishings give you the good feeling of being "at home." Three separate bedrooms await you – each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom: perfect privacy for families or small groups. Our newly renovated family house has been furnished with attention to detail and gives you soothing peace. Large kitchen & dining area available. From here you can ideally start to discover the Allgäu nature hiking, cycling or swimming.

Our house is located directly at the foot of the Grünten in Wagneritz, about 2 km from Rettenberg and is characterized by its rural and quiet location. Our apartment is located on the top floor, is 68 square meters including a wardrobe and balcony and can accommodate 2 people. The spacious window front to the south, as well as a balcony to the west, provide plenty of light and offer a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
