The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

In winter the kommun takes care of plowing snow on the road. There is wood to make a cosy fire. In the Segerstad area you can find many historical find locations which go back to the stone age and later. This indicates people inhabiting this area for a long time with it’s productive land.

The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance.
