Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

A serene outdoor seating area is present, featuring two wooden lounge chairs positioned near a stone fire pit. A cozy pouf is also visible, with expansive views of rolling hills and vineyards in the background, framed by two trees draped with decorative lights.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

A compact kitchen features exposed brick walls and white cabinetry. Counter space is provided with a sink, dishwasher, and microwave. A dining area is included, with a decorative rug placed on the floor and plants adding a touch of greenery.
