Located in the ancient medieval village at the foot of the Rocca di Rossena, it offers the possibility to visit the various historical attractions of the area including the famous Canossa Castle (4.3 km) and various excursions for hiking enthusiasts. Ideal for those who want to cool off from the summer heat as its exposure boasts natural freshness without the need for air conditioning.

The parking lot and garden, on the other hand, are shared with us ;) There are no other guests in the property.

Just 5 km away is the characteristic Castello di Torrechiara, a destination for many tourists, while about 30 minutes away we find the mountains of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines with its enchanting glacial lakes and many hiking and mountain biking trails. In an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by unspoiled nature, we rent a small rustic mountain villa that is part of an ancient fief of the castle of Belforte (in Borgo Val di Taro), completely renovated while maintaining an ancient state of preservation. It enjoys a beautiful panoramic view of the Taro valley up to the Ligurian mountains. It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
