Built in 1909 as the old vicarage of Mariannelund, it now offers peace, comfort, and the authentic spirit of Småland. The villa sits at the edge of the forest on a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by a 1200 m² garden and a spacious covered veranda – perfect for long, light summer evenings. Only 400 m to the bathing spot, 2 km to the film studios, 9 km to Katthult Farm, and 12 km to Astrid Lindgren’s World. Inside, tradition meets modern comfort: a bright, fully equipped kitchen, inviting living areas, and lovingly furnished bedrooms make you feel at home right away. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fine white damask bed linen and organic-quality towels are all included. Wi-Fi, TV, and a sound system are available throughout the property. Villa Victoria is a place to breathe, dream, and unwind – in every season. We’re here to make sure you feel completely welcome from the very first moment.

Bring the whole family to this lovely cottage in the countryside in a vibrant rural area. The cottage has plenty of space, access to a junior bed and a crib, a sofa bed with 2 sleeping places in the living room (shared space), access to a wood-fired sauna, and is close to many attractions: Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby 30 km, Katthult 10 km, Bullerbyn 17 km, Kleva Mine 40 km, Eksjö Trästad 30 km, several swimming lakes and hiking trails nearby. Fast charging for electric vehicles at a low price. Bed linens and towels are available for SEK 80 per person if needed.

Stay in a rural setting in a large house with park-like garden. Suitable for one or more families to live together (in the same company). 10 beds are included in the basic price - if more are desired: ask in booking. Large kitchen with all equipment you could wish for. You have four bedrooms where you can choose how to distribute your number of beds (two downstairs in the file and two separate upstairs). You will have the entire house by yourselves. Located in the environment where some of Astrid Lindgren's films were recorded. Welcome with the request!

Free year-round accommodation out in the countryside with the forest next door. 500 m to the nearest neighbor and host. Close to lake, swimming and fishing. Possibility to borrow a boat. 25-30 minutes by car to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgren's World and Bullerbyn. 35 minutes to Eksjö wooden town, about 12 km to Mariannelund. (nearest grocery store) Emils Katthult about 6 km. Among other things, two national parks, (Kvill and Skurugata), nearby with nice walking paths. Flea markets. Lovely nature outside the house for forest excursions or swimming and fishing.

Rosendal, Ingatorp

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Carefully renovated 17th-century house with an upper floor from the early 19th century. The house has 4 bedrooms, working fireplaces in 8 rooms, a shower room, a bathroom and 2 toilets, kitchen, dining room, living room and library. 30 km to Astrid Lindgren World and 30 km to the charming wooden town of Eksjö. 10 km to Mariannelund with Filmbyn and very close to Katthult and Bullerbyn. Many nice swimming lakes nearby. Ski slope with ski lift and button lift 1 km away.

Stay in our charming little retro gem of 78 sqm with large garden right next to Pelarne church. 5 min to Bullerbyn. 10 min (10 km) to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. The house has two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a new bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Two double beds (one large, and one 140 cm wide) and one single bed (pull-out sofa in the dining room, for children or shorter adults). Guests clean themselves after their stay. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Proximity to several attractions including Astrid Lindgren's World Vimmerby, Katthult, Bullerbyn, Norra Kvill National Park. Take a nice walk in the forest. 35 km away is the wooden town of Eksjö with nice old streets, wooden houses, museums and an appreciated guard parade on Saturdays in July. In the garden, there is a nice old earth cellar that is surrounded by benches and a large wooden table. In there, you can sit and enjoy a warm summer day.

Nice little house with modern standards and a cozy fireplace in the middle of the Småland cultural landscape. Here you live with nature close by, surrounded by oak groves, meadows and 19th-century buildings - 25 minutes from Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. The magical Norra Kvill National Park, with great hiking opportunities, is 5 minutes from the house. A short walk from the house stands the 1000-year-old Kvilleken, and below the hill you will find a nice little swimming lake.

The Skuru farm is close to Katth Katthult and here you rent your own house on the farm. 25-minute drive to Astrid Lindgren's World Perfect for guests looking for a peaceful and pleasant holiday in the countryside. In 2020, we renovated the kitchen, entrance hall and laundry room and also built a brand new bathroom on the ground floor. There is proximity to the lake with boat and swimming. Warm welcome!

Welcome to Drängstugan! A charming, tastefully renovated house with a lot of space, in the middle of the Småland forest, 7 km from Mariannelund. Similar to the farmhouse Emil's friend Alfred lived in, but much more modern inside 😁 It is a large leafy plot that is shared with the host's house. Nice to just enjoy the house, sit by the patio or walk in the forest. A bit away along the gravel road, you have magnificent views.
