Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful nature. On the farm, we have chickens and sheep that you can meet if you want. In the nature around the cottage, we have most Swedish animal species, moose, deer, roe deer, lynx, but also the sea eagle can be seen scouting for prey on meadows and fields. If you want to fish and swim, there are two lakes within a few kilometers.

Stay in our cozy guest house with its own garden. Close to, among other things, Astrid Lindgren's World (20 km), Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund there is also Filmbyn Småland, Karamellkokeriet, Ica, nice natural areas with lakes, etc. The house consists of a large combined kitchen and living room, two bedrooms (a total of 7 beds + a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room), a toilet/shower and laundry room. Dammstugan is located on beautiful Asby udde. Here you live in the middle of beautiful nature with a nice view of the landscape. Large spacious porch with both day and evening sun. Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you can walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Free access to trampoline, swing and toys. Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. Possibility to charge the electric car

Grankvistgården (Farmhouse)

Now you have the opportunity to stay in our farmhouse at Grankvistgården from the 18th century in the center of Vimmerby. Access to a wonderful large garden with a gazebo and parking in the yard. Here you live centrally but privately and are close to both shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgren's World. The house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children as well as a smaller child as there is a crib. Alternatively, 4 adults. Bed linens and towels are not included. The guest cleans up before check-out.

This comfortable accommodation is in a separate house with its own entrance. The house itself is built in the traditional Swedish style: timber, red and white. It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. It sits in a picturesque central corner of the village Kisa, with services and culture within 5 minutes walking, and still in the middle of wild forests.
