Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Modern houten huis aan het meer.

Schakel een tandje terug in deze unieke, rustgevende accommodatie bij het spiksplinternieuwe zomherhuisje. Het huisje is in 2023 opgeleverd en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijke slaapkamers, een moderne keuken, een fijne woonkamer en prachtige natuur. Er is WIFI, TV, vloerverwarming, moderne keuken en er zijn maar liefst 3 slaapkamers. Het is 1 van de mooiste plekjes aan het meer met de bijzonder mooie avondzon over het schitterende Paterswoldsemeer. Het is een zeldzaam en rustig plekje.

Back to school! Welkom in het voormalig schoolgebouw van de dr. K.Schilderschool in Bedum. In lokaal 4 van de in 1950 gebouwde school is een ruim appartement gerealiseerd. De ruimte is van alle gemakken voorzien, heeft een moderne keuken en badkamer en wordt verwarmd doormiddel van vloerverwarming. Het appartement heeft een eigen entree en privé tuin en is te bereiken via een voetgangerspad. Parkeren kan op 50 meter afstand. Bedum ligt op slechts 10 km van de bruisende stad Groningen

Op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum en het Noorderplantsoen. Buurtsuper Benny’s zit om de hoek. Het strand van het Paterswoldsemeer is 10 minuten auto en 17 fiets. Fietsverhuur op 200m afstand.

A nice, cozy little house on the edge of the old center. Fully furnished, comfortable and fully equipped. Can be booked for a short or longer stay. On the first day, a partly organic, self-service breakfast will be ready for you. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23.
