A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

Liljendal Green - Unique Setting - Room for Many.

Liljendal Green is a small paradise of its own, hidden in the deep forests of Bergslagen. Maximum comfort for 15-16 persons. With a non-professional football pitch, volleyball-net, kubb, crocket or strolling around the grounds. The lake side offers kayaking, swimming, a small rowing boat and fishing. Guests can paddle and/or row out to the island in the lake for a barbeque or just fishing from the small cliff. Barbeque area overlooking the lake, lawish lawns with room for play.

Welcome to our cozy log cabin — a serene place to relax and adventure! There are 6 beds divided into 2 bedrooms and a small loft with 2 beds. There is a small cabin during summer time with 2 beds that can be rented for a fee of SEK 350/day. Cleaning for a fee. Bed linen/towels for a fee. The cottage has a large porch with stunning lake view. Walking distance to swimming area with sandy beach. Discover museum, cafés, go-karts, Spa, fishing trips, ski downhill/ length.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Inspector's residence in a manor environment at Hedströmmen

Cozy "Inspektorbostaden" is located on a hill in a beautiful manor garden with beautiful views of Hedströmsdalen. The house has its own patio and its own green area with a large lawn. Perfect location if you want to experience nature and culture in Bergslagen. It is about 5 minutes by car to the child-friendly and popular swimming area Sandviksbadet in Långsvan. In addition, there are several swimming areas and canoe trails nearby.

A cottage in the middle of the forest near Högsjö

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

The property is located about 6 km north of Lindesberg. On the farm there are sheep and horses. Around there are nice walking paths and wonderful nature with mushroom and berry fields. About 3 mil north is Klotens fishing area. Proximity to Bergslagsleden. Bathing areas are within the immediate area. The distance to Stockholm is about 18 mil and to Örebro about 4.5 mil. There is a train station in Lindesberg.
