Die 65m2 Wohnung befindet sich in idyllischer Alleinlage in Pichl bei Wels. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn A8 ist die Wohnung von allen Richtungen leicht erreichbar. Die Messestadt Wels liegt 15km entfernt. Die Therme Bad Schallerbach 5km und bietet somit bei jedem Wetter Badespaß und Erholung. Die voll ausgestattete Wohnung eignet sich für Paare, Familien genauso wie für Business Gäste, welche Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Willkommen in unserer geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung im Loft-Stil. Auf ca. 50 qm bietet sie Platz für 2 Personen und ist mit hochwertigen, natürlichen Materialien ausgestattet. Ein geölter Vollholzboden, edler Tonputz und ein gemütlicher Holzofen schaffen eine warme Atmosphäre. Die Miniküche (Wasseranschluss im Bad) ist ideal für kleine Köstlichkeiten. In dieser ruhigen Lage ist auch möglich den Naturteich und den Garten zu nutzen. Wir sehen uns!!

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
