Located in an annex of our house, our small 14 m2 studio/duplex awaits you for your tourist or business stays. It includes, on the ground floor, the kitchen and toilet; upstairs, the bedroom and its bathroom (be careful, the staircase is a little steep). Located close to the Nantes-Paris axis, Terra Botanica, public transport and shops. We ensure 24-48 hours of non-occupancy between two guests in order to best respect the health conditions. In front of the accommodation, you will find the Blériot stop served by lines 6 and E21. A 10-minute walk away, you will find all the necessary amenities (bakery, pharmacy, Super U...) as well as tram A to get to the city center (Hauts de St-Aubin stop).

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The Gîte des Rivières is the former shed of a farm on the banks of the Mayenne and in the middle of the fields. The old 100 m² stone shed has been completely renovated with natural materials lime, hemp, earth into a comfortable gîte, accommodating 6 to 8 people (4 bedrooms). Our cottage is listed at the Anjou Bleu tourist office and labeled Accueil Paysan.

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.
