Ein mini-kleines Studio, dass auf kleinstem Raum alles hat um glücklich zu sein. Wer unabhängig seine Tessin Ferien günstig verbringen will ist hier richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um das Tessin zu entdecken. Der Lago Maggiore zu Füssen, die Täler und die Zentren ( Locarno, Bellinzona und Lugano) auch mit ÖV gut erreichbar. Sowie auch die Märkte in Italien mit Auto oder ÖV gut erreichbar sind. Im Winter und während der kühlen Jahreszeit, empfehle ich das Studio nur für eine Person!

Historisches Steinhaus Cà Lüina

Mitten in Boschetto, einem denkmalgeschützten Weiler oberhalb von Cevio im Maggiatal liegt die Cà Lüina, ein historisches, geräumiges Rustico. Das dreihundertjährige Haus wurde 2021-2024 aufwändig restauriert mit dem Ziel, seinen Charakter zu bewahren. Beim Umbau mit lokalen Handwerksbetrieben wurde viel Wert auf die Verwendung natürlicher Materialien gelegt. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet mit einer modernen Küche und einem modernen Bad und hat einen tollen Garten.

Berghütte Arnau, Kanton Tessin Maggiatal

Wir vermieten unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Berghütte im Maggiatal, Kanton Tessin. Das 1866 erbaute Rustico wurde 2021 vollständig renoviert und liegt auf dem Berg Arnau, oberhalb des Dorfes Giumaglio, auf 1000 m Höhe. Die Hütte ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar und erfordert eine zweistündige Wanderung bergauf. Sie bietet alles für einen gemütlichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch. É un paesino situato a 800m di quota che offre una veduta su tutte le Centovalli, potendo ammirare i suoi paesini idilliaci e le montagne imponenti.

You can reach Centovalli and Valle Maggia in 30 minutes, and Lavertezzo in Val Vigezzo in 1 hour. There is a restaurant only 300 meters from the house.
