A roomy and comfortable studio in our popular building just 12 minutes walk from East Croydon Station, fast a frequent trains to central London Victoria take just 15 minutes. Ready now for new arrivals after the departure of long term guest. As with all of our studios it features it's own bathroom and kitchen, nothing is shared. Fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen smart TV, power shower and our on site laundry are other features of note.

Cosy annex to family home. I refurbished my home including building a new private garden suite. Private entrance leads to a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. French doors open out onto patio and garden. The is a mini fridge, nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk, cereal and snacks are provided free of charge Ask any questions, look forward to hosting guests Note there is no kitchen in the unit, it is a bedroom and bathroom.

Joyful Kensington Studio

Stunning studio located on the First Floor of this impressive Victorian House on a tree lined street adjacent to Kensington Palace. The studio has been recently refurbished with a brand new bathroom and redecorated. There is a double bed in the studio room and a sofa bed. The studio benefits from a terrace to the front overlooking the tree lined street. Please do let us know if you would like the second bed set up.

My place is close to both Oval & Brixton tube stations (15 minute walk to the KIA Oval cricket ground) and just 12 minutes on tube to the very heart of the capital( Westminster, The South Bank, Covent Garden, St Paul’s, Tower Bridge) Parking is available outside the building, free from Friday 6pm until Monday 8am There is a lift inside (I live on the first floor)
