Herzlich Willkommen in meiner neuesten Wohnung die ich gerade mit viel Liebe zum Detail fertig gestellt habe. Nach einer aufwendigen Renovierungsphase steht Dir diese Wohnung seit 1. August 2020 komplett neu im modernen skandinavischen Einrichtungs- und Dekorationsstil zur Verfügung. Ich habe versucht, alle meine Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre aus meinen anderen Kurzzeit-Mietwohnungen in diese Wohnung mit einzubringen und hoffe Dir gefällt es. Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!
