The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our apartment in the attic with two balconies gives you the opportunity to look into the mountains or towards the sunset. The sloping ceilings give the apartment a, as we put it, 'griabi' charm, but still watch your head ;) Since the apartment is located in the attic, climbing stairs over 3 floors is required.

The house on Salinenweg is located in the middle of the center of Grassau in a totally quiet location in the middle of an old overgrown garden. This is available to the tenants. The house is a listed building and has been completely renovated.

The holiday flat is located in the centre of Alt-Marquartstein, directly on the Tiroler Ache river. Surrounded by the local mountains "Hochgern" and "Hochplatte", the holiday flat is the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions.
