From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

In the upper Livron, with cobblestone, narrow and steep streets, close to hiking trails and an associative grocery store with local products. We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. We can store your luggage and bikes.

Whether you want to relax in a peaceful setting or discover the Saoû forest, the 3 Croix gîte is for you. At the foot of the Roche Colombe, in an area of 7 hectares, the cottage is integrated into a pretty stone house. After a walk in a beautiful oak forest still sheltering some remains of the Chatelard, you will reach the site of the 3 crosses, which gave its name to our cottage. From there, you will have breathtaking views of the Vercors and the Rhone Valley.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Come and relax in our cottage backed by the mountain with the song of cicadas. Cyclists, we are 5 km from the Via Rhôna and the Peyre (transportation available on request). For hikers, the GR 42 is 200 m away. Climbing site 2 km away. During the day, discover the gorges of the Ardèche, the plateau, the cave of Pont d'Arc, the Ardèche train and even the Drôme des Collines or Provencal. But it's also great for lounging with a good book by the heated pool.
