Studio of 30m² 30 minutes from the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...). The bedroom has a double bed and the click-clack in the living room makes it possible to comfortably accommodate an additional 2 people. The recent bathroom and the toilet are separated. Bed linen and towels are provided. The private exterior is fully enclosed, a BBQ and garden furniture are available for sunny days.

Apartment for 4 people located in the heart of Legé, 150 m from shops (bakery- butcher- pharmacy- tobacco/press...)
