Live it up in this unique cottage, located on a private estate of 130 hectares, on the banks of the Saint-Maurice River, the cottage comes fully equipped, functional and well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses 2 double beds and 2 twin beds, bathroom with ceramic shower and foot bath, large living room with TV and WI-FI and wood fireplace, family room in the basement with heated floor, mezzanine with office for remote working and much more.

The warm will seduce you with its most comforting atmosphere. The chalet has an indoor wall-mounted electric fireplace and an outdoor wood-burning fireplace. Only 4 chalets have access to the spa and sauna. One hour per day in private. Direct acces to snowmobile trail#351. The chalet is located on our 28 hectare private campground. Possibility of renting a rowboat or canoe. No other residence other than the chalet and the owner on the estate.

Le Draveur is a luxurious chalet on the banks of the Batiscan River. Featuring a rustic and modern touch at the same time, you will find all the amenities to have a pleasant stay. Equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, full bathroom, large windows and huge terrace with river view are worth mentioning. Part of the terrace is covered to enjoy it even in case of rain. A private dock is available in summer (100-step staircase).
