Perfect studio with terrace and a beautiful view. Is well located near public transport with flexibility: bus, tram, metro or on foot to go to town, 3-5 min from City 2 Shopping and 10-12 min from Grande Place, next to Tour-Taxi and Gare Brussels-North, in front of the house there is a mini park (La Ferme Maximilien) which is perfect for little ones. Playground with a fire truck (Plaine de jeux Harmonie) is approximately 200 m away. Sainte Catherine Square is approximately 1 km away.

Located on the third floor, the bedroom overlooking the street, in the pleasant and lively district of St Gilles. The park, nice cafes are 2 min away as well as the metro station ALBERT. Very nice bright apartment in Brussels and more precisely in Schaerbeek, near the city center. With its double bed in a large bedroom and its sofa bed in the living room, this accommodation is ideal for up to 4 people. Close to everything and super well connected, the center is less than 15 minutes away by public transit, the DRC is 10 minutes by tram. You can also admire the greenery by strolling through the nearby parks.
