Beautiful and modern house, in a very quiet area with very few neighbors. The light pours into the spacious living room from dawn, as it faces the rising sun. Natural plants create a cozy atmosphere. The residential development is located on the outskirts of town and has an atmosphere of tranquility. 5 minutes from the village, Lidl supermarket and highway, 10 minutes to Granada and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the coast and 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada. 10 minutes to Nevada Shopping Center and PTS.

Perfect and unbeatable location that provides the tranquility of nature and where you will find 200 meters from the Neptuno shopping center and 1 km from the downtown area and tourist areas. The house has a large living room with a pellet stove, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning , 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Places of interest: The location of the house is very close to Sierra Nevada at 25 km and 18 km from Granada and the Alhambra, the coast at 60 km and Nerja at 100 km. You will love my place because of the views from the terrace and from the living room. The terrace is surrounded by pots to enjoy the tranquility and relaxation. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children).

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. Pets are allowed, but there is a €30 fee per pet not included in the reservation. Please check with the hosts.
