Surrounded by historic farms right on the village square, with great mountain views and everything you need in the immediate vicinity. The south-facing apartment on the 2nd floor is the smaller of our two apartments. It is also lovingly restored, full of light, has a gallery and over 5 m room height, and the southern balcony offers pure mountain views.

The studio apartment Aschaubichl - Wohnung Silberdistel, which is situated in Grainau, overlooks the Alps. The 45 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. The studio apartment also boasts a private open terrace where you can chill out in the evening. Public transport links are located within walking distance. The apartment, newly renovated in 2023, can accommodate 1 - 6 persons. The large living room with additional double bed couch has a south-facing balcony and a wonderful view of wax stones and Alpspitze. In the bedroom with a double bed and an additional sink, you can enjoy the view from the balcony over wide meadows to the Wank. The 2nd bedroom has 2 separate beds; the kitchen is fully furnished with a cozy dining area.

To the fantastic view

This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I'm sure you'll love my home as much as I do. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
