As a couple or family, you will be very comfortable in this spacious and unique space. The place is located in a spacious wooden house in the back of the house. In the outdoor area or garden there are three different sunny places to stay. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.

It offers its own lake access with jetty and a reserved parking space right outside the door. The apartment is small, but extremely cozy and cute. The fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom provide every comfort. Amenities include a TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and free fast Wi-Fi.

Dear guests, our property is located in the lower part of our house. Access is at ground level. The apartment is barrier-free except for a small threshold in the toilet. Parking is available right in front of the house. A fire bowl in the garden with seating is available for cozy evenings. In the apartment, underfloor heating under the parquet floor provides pleasant warmth even in the colder season.
