A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

In the middle of the charming village of Lalling, this modern and cozy apartment in a warm wooden style awaits you. On a spacious 94 m², it can accommodate up to four people and is ideal for couples, families or those seeking relaxation – in any season. The fully equipped kitchen, the pellet stove for cozy hours and the air conditioning for warm days ensure maximum living comfort. The paved outdoor area with terrace is perfect for quiet mornings or relaxing evenings.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

From here you can ideally explore the region, experience the diversity of urban hustle and bustle or pursue the many sports activities that the area offers.

Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
