The detached guest house is located in the rear part of the historic property Hammerschmiede Grafing (built in 1664), located on the Urtel stream. Our beautiful basement apartment lets you dive directly into the world of the mountains and forests of Bavaria. The apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. In addition, a private bathroom with toilet and shower is part of the apartment. In the cozy sleeping and living area you will find a soft bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed (inn one room). We are located only 500m from the S-Bahn station Eglharting. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Maja's hut - fairytale time out in the forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

Our attractive vacation home is located in St.Quirin/Tegernsee A beautiful, single vacation home awaits you on a lake property with a terrace that offers a breathtaking view of Lake Tegernsee, a private jetty to the lake, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with an electric gas fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed/sofa bed. In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.

Atteltal vacation home

The apartment offers space for up to 4 people with a size of about 60 sqm. The cozy furnished apartment is on the 2nd floor and is accessible via the outside staircase. The west-facing living room leads directly to your own, protected patio overlooking nature. The kitchen as well as the rest of the furnishings were made by a local carpenter with regional wood. Details, fabrics and colors were lovingly selected to feel good

Brei Haus

The apartment in the Brei-Haus is located in a beautiful residential area and is the ideal starting point to explore Wasserburg and its surroundings! After a walk of about a quarter of an hour you are right outside the gates of the old town. If you want it more comfortable, you can also take the city bus directly to Marienplatz. Also the "Bavarian Adriatic" is not far away, it is less than 500 meters on foot to Badria.
