If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

Enjoy simple living in this quiet and centrally located property in the heart of the Bavarian Forest National Park. Ideal for hiking, bicycle tours and skiing. Many destinations can be reached quickly, e.g. gr.Arber, Arbersee, Falkenstein, Rachel, Lusen, drinking water barrier, treetop path with Baumei Proximity to the Czech Republic.... Bike parks Geisskopf and on the Great Arber Glass museum, glass gardens and newly renovated swimming pool in the village. Train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

(Cold water) Bathtub is located outside on the patio which must be fired with a wood-burning stove (not frost). Forest sauna about 50 m away. Sleeping is on the sleeping floor with two double mattresses. Heated with a beacon oven, air conditioning, 50 m walk from the parking lot. A shepherd's wagon can also be rented. Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

A recreation room features a classic pool table with balls arranged in a triangular formation. Light-colored wooden floors complement the dark patterned wallpaper. A plush armchair and a classic sofa create additional seating, while large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space.
