Since we also use the rooms privately for friends who come to visit, there is everything you need. There is a private bathroom and a kitchenette where you can prepare coffee and small snacks. On request, you can of course also book only 1 room.

Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

The guest apartment is located in the souterrain of our home, with separate entrance. From the spacious entrance area you can reach the bathroom as well as the kitchenette with fridge, 2-burner stove and microwave. Afterwards, you will pass through the dressing area with chest of drawers and wardrobe, into the large cozy living, dining and sleeping area. The stable dining table is also well suited as a workspace.
