Very central and elegant pedestrian area, close to restaurants, wine bars, bars and shopping street, 200 m from the sea, 100 m from the historic center Grado Vecchia. Bright spacious cozy new furnishings and guaranteed cleanliness. Family-friendly. I speak German and English. From 1 March 2018, the tourist tax will be introduced in Grado in the amount of €0.80 per person per day (for a maximum of 2 weeks), children up to 18 years free.

Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. As part of a residence, you will enjoy many amenities such as: two swimming pools (open from June to September 10) for adults and children, a tennis court and lots of greenery!
