It consists of a large balcony with harbor view, bedroom with a large double bed , living room with equipped kitchen and double sofa bed, air conditioning throughout the apartment, free WiFi, television, sheets and towels, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer. It was completely renovated in 2020

It has private uncovered parking (2 cars), a beautiful garden consisting of a heated inflatable Jacuzzi with hydromassage (summer only), 2 sun loungers, a sofa and a patio with outdoor dining table.

Fabulous tricameras with wide views of the lagoon, located in a very quiet area of Grado but close to the beach. In fact, just cross the fascinating white bridge to find yourself at the main entrance to the GIT beach in the heart of the pedestrian street. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator in a newly built building and is spread over two levels. Ideal for 6 adults or max 8 people if there are children.

In a residence called "Marina Fiorita" a lovely apartment is available on the first floor located in a quiet place 10 minutes from the historic center of Grado and the beach reachable by bicycle through the bike path. As part of a residence, you will enjoy many amenities such as: two swimming pools (open from June to September 10) for adults and children, a tennis court and lots of greenery!

Very central two-room apartment in the pedestrian area 100 m from the sea in the heart of the Gradese aperitif. Bright, comfortable, air-conditioned, with a large terrace overlooking the main avenue. Comfortable for 2 people. I also speak English and German. From March 1, 2018, the tourist tax will be introduced in Grado. I will communicate the amounts as soon as they are made known.
