Our charming early 1900’s renovated cottage is perfectly positioned within the beautiful character overlay of Toowoomba. Moved to this location in 1925, Edwin Cottage is filled with period charm and character. We are located 4 minutes from the city and 5 minutes from Queens Park. It is a short 9 minute drive to Gabbinbar and 13 mins to the showgrounds. We have many food options within a 1 minute walk including a bakery, Fish & Chips, Chinese, Kebabs, Cafe, Spar Express and a liquor store.

Piemaker's Rest

'Piemaker's Rest', originally home to a baker of memorable pies, is a studio apartment on the ground floor of our home. Your accommodation includes a separate keyed entrance, private terrace, bathroom, small kitchen and open plan sleeping space. Access is through the garden, including some steps. Coffee shops, parks, and a convenience store are within one km, grocery shops are within two kms. Bushwalking trails, TAFE, St Vincent's hospital, and the Saturday Farmers Markets are close by.

Welcome to this freshly painted and comfortable country cottage on our 150 acre farm only 20 minutes from Toowoomba & 10 minutes from Oakey. Main bedroom has a small deck to sit & enjoy view. If you are having for a couple of days away from home to visit our lovely city and explore the local area this is a great little place to base yourself. Also a great option for those in Toowoomba for work, parents with children at schools, country people here for medical purposes, here for family events, or just passing through.

Suburbia is right behind, awesome rural hectares view from front yard. The right side of shed and front yard is yours. Smokers ok Fire pit can be used only 1st bag of wood free

There is also another lounge room which has dining table, tv and lounge. Netflix available on both TV's. The owner lives at the rear of the property and available for support if required.
