Gerenoveerde woning met twee verdiepingen van 65m2 geschikt voor 4 personen. Het huis staat op eigen terrein en grenst aan het andere vakantiehuis. Het sfeervolle huisje past helemaal bij de omgeving van de boerderij en het bos. Fijne bedden, luxe regendouche en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Met lekker weer kun je genieten van het zithoekje buiten of bezoek het strand op 4 km. Centraal gelegen van steden als Rotterdam, Den Haag of Delft. (Huis is niet geschikt voor vriendengroepen)

Een ruime, sfeervolle woning in het centrum van ‘s-Gravenzande. (175m2) De hoge raampartijen zorgen voor veel licht in de woning. De woning is onlangs omgebouwd van kerk tot woning. Op loopafstand van het gezellige dorpscentrum met centraal marktplein en diverse horeca. De stranden zijn gemakkelijk te voet, per fiets of met de auto bereiken. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand is te vinden op 2,8 km afstand. De steden Den Haag, Delft en Rotterdam zijn in de nabije omgeving. De woning ligt centraal.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze vredige, stijlvolle ruimte. In deze nieuwe accommodatie (2023) geniet je van alle gemak en luxe. De slaapkamer grenst direct met een schuifdeur aan de douche met toilet. In de woonkamer zit je heerlijk met uitzicht op het tuintje. De keuken is uitgerust met een 2-pitsgasfornuis en een combi-oven. Een waterkoker en een filterkoffiezetapparaat. Het zijn twee identieke accommodaties, de units zijn gekoppeld aan elkaar maar met elk een eigen ingang en tuin.

Deze unieke accommodatie heeft een geheel eigen stijl en is centraal gelegen in het Westland. Naaldwijk is een gezellig dorp met ruimschoots mogelijkheden om heerlijk te eten of wat te winkelen. Het strand is op een kwartiertje afstand gelegen met de auto. Buiten dat het een hele fijne, rustige plek is waar je je terug kan trekken is er ook een ruimte om lezingen/workshops/ceremonies te organiseren. Waarbij de b&b gebruikt kan worden voor de deelnemers om te overnachten.

Big Cornerhouse, nice view and sunny terras!

Our house has a spectaculair view over a pond and the biggest windmills of the Netherlands. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 big bedrooms and 2 smaller rooms on the 1e floor. We can receive additional kids at the house. We have new airco units in the house. 2 private parking spaces behind the house 10 min walk to the historic city centre of Schiedam. Train and metro on walking distance.
