You have a small terrace at the foot of the stairs in a private garden. Very quiet in a tourist area, close to the city of Falaise, the castle of William the Conqueror, the Normandy Switzerland and 45 minutes from the beaches including the historic landing beaches. Caen 30 minutes away / Argentan train station 20 minutes away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Small house with a nice cozy living room, an equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and an upstairs bedroom with shower room open to the bedroom. The whole house has been recently renovated. Small house in private property with closed courtyard and nice view of a field of horses... garden to share with the owners. Bed and toilet linen can be provided for an extra 10 euros. To be paid on site.
