The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. In addition, hammocks, sun loungers, garden furniture, a fireplace and a barbecue.

Heading from the market square towards road no. 5, you can take advantage of the attractions of the Rydzyński Lagoon, which can be walked around or cycled around. The farm is located on the outskirts of the Warta Landscape Park (the land of waterfowl) and the Pyzdrska Forest (the land of "iron houses"). It has existed since the Middle Ages and its name: "Wójtostwo" is historical. Until 1904, it belonged to General H. Dąbrowski. The area around the island is great for walking, and the nearby fields and forests are great for cycling. After an active day, it's time to relax and have coffee on our terrace on the water, and at the end of the day, a joint feast by the fire.
