It is twelve minutes from the tram station and the train, there are two large shopping centers within five minutes by car and the center of Graz is ten minutes by car and the airport is five kilometers away. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little soccer with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility of renting 1 or 2 bicycles.

Bus stop about 200 m away, public parking (free) about 200 m away, loading and unloading on the property possible. The cottage is located on the same property as the main house; the two hosts, a small dog, and a cat live here. Laundry and breakfast service available upon request.

The public bus to downtown is about 700 m away, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.
