The old fortress of beautiful Gorinchem is a wonderful place to stay overnight. You have the ground floor with bedroom and bathroom, all to yourself, with a private entrance. I live upstairs myself. From the apartment, you can walk into the city for a bite or a drink. You can also step ashore for a tour of the fortress and it is a nice starting point for all kinds of activities in the region. This family-friendly accommodation for large families is perfect for bonding with loved ones. Small children are also welcome to stay, although we have not taken any specific safety measures for this. There are no fences in front of the stairs, and we have a mini pond in the backyard.
